It’s Official: The Exchange Club of Sacramento Has Chartered!

Category : Announcements , News

On January 24th, The Exchange Club of Sacramento  became a permanent charter of National Exchange! Members of Exchange Club leadership were on hand to conduct the proceedings and welcome our Club to the family:

Ray Carlson – President, National Exchange Club Foundation
Joe Nickels – Volunteer Field Representative
Randy Reed – President, Sierra Pacific District
Jack Ruzic – Region One Vice-president

The Exchange Club of Sacramento chartered with seventeen founding members. Club leadership is comprised of the following persons:

Rod Malloy – President
Meghan McMahon Johnson – President-elect
Sean Orner – Secretary
Ed LaFrance – Treasurer
Kristen Blair – Membership Committee Chair, Board of Directors
Rachel Beltran – By-laws Committee Chair, Board of Directors
Elizabeth Lopez – Nominating Committee Chair, Board of Directors

Club leadership will be working on several initiatives in the coming days, such as establishing permanent meeting dates/times and locations, and related club business. Most importantly, now that we are an official non-profit service organization, we can begin the things that we are all here for: adopting causes, helping others, and improving our community!

Thank you to all of our founding members for being a part of this momentous occasion. More founding members can be added until February 24th. If you have been thinking about joining us, now is the time – please visit this link to let us know!
